Accessing Technical Support

If you have an issue with any Güralp product, please send an email to our support team at support@guralp.com, filling out as much as possible of the following form (you may paste this into your email):

Problem item, ID, and Works Order#:
(e.g. CMG-3T -- T314 WO 3175, or DM24 -- D0939 WO 2888.)

Attached instrumentation and IDs:

Firmware versions used by items:
(Shown on terminal re-boot and status streams).

ALL VELOCITY OUTPUTS, MASS POSITIONS, AND STATUS STREAMS.

IF APPROPRIATE ALSO ATTACH TERMINAL OUTPUTS FROM THE DIGITISER AND
EAM, AND /log/messages FROM THE EAM AS WELL.

Before returning any equipment to us, you must have a returns number, which can be obtained by emailing support@guralp.com. The support team will collect from you some details about the fault and may, in some cases, be able to offer advice that will save you the trouble and cost of shipping the goods at all.

Once it is agreed that the equipment should be returned, you will be issued with an RMA number, which should be marked prominently on all outer packaging. If you are returning multiple items, please attach a tag to each piece and mark the RMA number on each tag.
