The CMG-DM24S12 is a complete, self-contained acquisition and monitoring system, combining two internal CMG-DM24 digitizers with a built-in PC and Scream! software.

About the CMG-DM24S12AMS

The CMG-DM24S12AMS collects data from up to twelve single-axis analogue CMG-5U seismometers and up to six triaxial CMG-5TD instruments simultaneously.

Small natural earth movements, measured accurately by the 5TD ground installation, can be compared with the motion of CMG-5U sensors distributed about a building or structure to build up a picture of its normal modes and likely response to larger earthquakes, without recourse to artificial shocks or scale models.

DM24S12AMS connections The DM24S12AMS allows seismic data from 12 CMG-5U instruments to be combined to give a realistic picture of a building's vibration.

Using the built-in laptop PC, you can monitor ground movements and analyse the building's response in real time. The DM24S12AMS is designed for easy installation, and can be deployed in occupied buildings with minimal disruption.
